In conjunction with the current exhibition at CARe's Doug Adams Gallery, Seeds of Contemplation: Works by Arturo Araujo, Left Coast presents a concert reflecting Araujo's themes of contemplation, labyrinths, and spiritual journeys.

We're excited for a performance in the Berkeley community next weekend, joining CARe's Doug Adams Gallery and their Seeds of Contemplation exhibit.

Join Left Coast at 5pm for a performance of Eve Beglarian's Testy Pony, Dallapiccola's Chaconne, and additional selections by Glière and Bach. Anna Presler & Leighton Fong are performing, along with actress Carla Pauli. Artist Arturo Araujo presents three bodies of print and ceramic art work that intermingle related topics of time, contemplation, and spiritual journey. Arajuo said of the work, "I invite the viewer to move through my work, by walking the paths of the labyrinth and hanging prints, and by doing so, I hope they can start or continue the germination of the seeds of contemplation that have been planted within us."

The performance is FREE. Please be early as seating might be limited.
